We do try to depict our sample colors accurately but color monitors could read them differently. If color selection is critical we urge our customers to request a finish sample. A cost of $24.95 is required for up to 3 colors.
PDBHomestore.com qualifies to offer PayPal’s Buyer Protection to our customers. When paying with PayPal, each purchase is covered for up to $2,000. We are sure that our customers will like the security that PayPal provides. We will accept a personal check (upon check clearance, we will proceed with the production of your piece), money order or cashier’s check which is required for pieces that are modified per your specification. All Florida residents are subject to a 6% sales tax. All other states are sales tax exempt.

Some of our pieces have an estimated production time of 3-4 weeks while other pieces have a production time of 8-12 weeks. PDBHomestore.com extends to you the latest production time available to us in all item descriptions. You will be informed of the lead time that the manufacturer provides us once your order is placed along with any changes thereafter involved with the estimated production time. These ore estimated lead times, not guaranteed specific delivery date. Our manufacturers may experience production lead times of which PDBHomestore.com is not responsible for. Upon completion of your furniture piece it will take and estimated lead time of 10-14 additional days for shipment.
Our company offers free shipping to a commercial address with a loading dock. There will be a surcharge for shipments to a residential address delivery ($75.00) and heavy items ($50.00). Our large items shipped to residence come with our preferred delivery service which provides for IN HOME DELIVERY and includes 2 persons, inside the threshold of the residence and stair carries (up to 2 flights prior to the threshold). Any pieces weighing more than 300lbs will only be available for delivery to the first dry area or garage. Contact PDBHomestore.com customer service center for additional white glove services such as inside placement, unpacking removal. Customers are responsible for additional fees that involve more than two flights and temporary storage exceeding 7 days. PDBHomestore.com would be happy to provide our customers with both in home delivery on most large pieces and also provide a 4 hour delivery window between Monday through Friday 9-5. You will need to let the Customer Service Center know what extra services are needed at the time your order is placed. Shipping lead time is estimated 10-14 additional business days. PDBHstore.com can not be held responsible for carrier delays in delivery.
It is important to take measurements of the space that your new piece is going to be place. You will need to measure doorways, stairways, hallways, tight corners and any obstacle that could interfere in the pathway to the location of your new piece.
Return Policy/Cancellation Policy
Since all of our furniture pieces are custom, they are non-returnable and non-refundable. After placing your order you have 3 business days to cancel your order for a full refund or make changes to your piece. Custom orders that are modified to your specifications are final sales and can not be canceled once payment is received. Our furniture finishes are hand applied by craftsmen and may vary from one piece to another. Hand crafted pieces are regarded as desirable due to there unique character.
Your order is shipped via freight carrier. All precautions are taken to ensure the safe delivery of your purchase. You must inspect your item before the driver departs. Please note any damage on the bill of lading prior to signing it. If you sign the bill of laden without inspecting the merchandise, you are accepting the delivery and agreeing that it is being received in good condition. If you accept damaged merchandise without noting the damage on the bill of lading, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier and have product returned for repair or replacement. Keep all packaging and provide pictures of the items damaged. If your item shows severe damage you may refuse delivery. You can elect to refuse the item, but you will need to note the damage on the bill of laden. Call PDBHomestore.com for the customer service to report damages immediately. PDBHomestore.com can not be held responsible for damages not noted on the bill of laden.

All manufactured products supplied by PDBHomestore.com are manufactured to exacting standards under constant quality control inspections. Atmospheric conditions can affect wood product. High humidity can cause warping, cracks and splits in the finishes. Floors that are not level can cause doors to become out of square and sag. Each collection is covered by the manufacturerï¿½s warranty.
